Cheap Plastic Toy
It's made of cheap lightweight plastic. It is built like a child's toy. For a hammer, and for the price you'd expect it to be made like an actual hammer. I don't see how it will have much authority when you swing it without mass. The center punch portion is the only part I can see reliably breaking glass. I can get a real metal hammer for this price.
