Bad Customer Service

I purchased this ring as a gift and unfortunately, I need to exchange the item for a smaller size. It's a nice ring BUT the seller hasn't responded to me and I reached out several times over a period of two weeks to see if I can make an exchange. All I want is a larger size. For that reason I am leaving one star. Hopefully, I can find a similar ring with a company that has much better customer service.
