Rotted latex balloons

I opened the balloon packages ($8)/bag, I got 4 bags, maybe 3 balloons were usable. most were disintegrated and stuck together. If you tried to pull them apart, they came apart. Must have sat in some hot warehouse for years. Waste of time and money.
