The Deluxe Extender works on the Manual Bed, Semi-Electric Bed, Full-Electric Bed, Low Bed and Value Care Bed. It is not for use on the G-series bed or the bariatric beds. The bed extender is easier to attach using only two bolts at the head end of the bed and it expands the bed frame from 80 inches to 84 inches.
