Overall a good product.
LIKES: instructions are very clear and explicit. Seems to be sturdy. Materials are for the most part what you would expect with this type of product: most is press-board, but the major support pieces (legs) are solid wood. All hardware was included, nothing missing. The product has all the features I was looking for in a desk of this type. DISLIKES: I does take time and dedication to put it together, but that is true with all products of this type. Several of the "pilot" holes, particularly for the side rails for the drawer, were off a bit, so that they were not in the center of the hole of the piece to be attached. In this case, you should make your own "pilot" hole, as this is critical for the side rails so the drawer opens and closes smoothly.
