Great except for the ghost that changes its speeds

This fan is great with one caveat. I guess it's some default in the remote but it will occasionally change speeds while nobody is touching it. The first time it happened the slight click sound woke me from sleep. It freaked me out. I'd say it happens about once every few weeks but it is eery when it happens. Otherwise we are very pleased with the fan, it's look and how it runs.

Quiet with slight fan noise as with any fan we have had. Not obstructive as it's sleek profile does not interfere with other decor. The light is helpfully bright when needed. We are thankful the fan can be reversed without needing to climb up to the fan and use a switch as it can be reversed remotely. We really appreciate the remote control.
