Beware! The quality has changed. I love these libby glasses but the reordered new ones are no longer is like the original. The original has heavy glass at bottom for weight and stability. The new ones do not and are lightweight and flimsy. See pic.

We also have Polaris styles with a heavier base and the Axis style features a thinner base as you described.
