Step 1: Prep your hair with TRESemm Thermal Recovery Shampoo and Conditioner. Step 2: Spray heat protection spray for hair liberally 6-8 inches away, from mid-shaft to ends on both damp hair before you blow-dry and on dry hair before curling or flat ironing. Step 3: Style your hair as usual and finish off with TRESemm Extra Hold hair spray.

Absolutely love the product, I hate the bottle and the sprayer very hard to handle. Not hardly any companies use that style anymore because people can't stand it. But I have to say I do love the product it was here in a timely manner and like a lot of reviews I've read where their product was built and leaking , mine was not , guess I was was very blessed but you say shipping is free , obviously it's not because I found that exact product exact bottle for $6.99 at several other location , places where I just happened to be inside the building and just happened to decide to look for it.
