The quality look and feel of this mirror

I was looking for a rear view mirror for my '36 Chevrolet truck that has an all-stock looking interior and exterior. 1936 trucks were bare-bones appliances so I don't think it ever had a rear-view or right side mirror (nor a right side 2nd brake light). I looked on e-Bay for an original period rear view mirror with the 90 degree mounting bracket I would need, and decent faded/rusty ones were about $90 and up. Speedway's 1930's OEM-style mirrors were inexpensive and brand new so I gave them a shot. When it arrived I was pleasantly surprised at the weight, polish, and quality of the mirror. Looks very period correct to me and has very nice beveled edges to the mirror. The adjustable ball is nice and tight. We will see how it stands the test of time but by all visible measures this is a quality piece, especially for way less than $40.

t-bucket rear view mirror

Beveled edge adds a nice touch, as well as the ability to mount in several positions for optimal use.
