Fridja 450 Glow in Dark Green Pebbles are a ripoff

Fridja order of GID (Glow in Dark) green pebbles was supposed to be 450 pebbles. According to the ad: "The 2lb package contains enough stones to cover a 9" x 13" area." What I received was 104 pebbles. The pebbles were supposed to glow in the dark. I charged them up in the sun for 4 hours and they BARELY glowed in the dark. Don't bother ordering this. It's a waste of your money and time. If I could have given this item a zero I would have.
