As others have noted, the front wheel doesn't swivel. There is a plastic rain cover over only one opening. The base is solid, and I feel confident that it will hold my 25 pound dog.

no swivel wheel.
it doesn't have a swivel wheel in the front therefore you have to continuously pick up the front wheel as your walking but at least its is very cute and fits my 23 lb frenchy very comfortably and he loves it. it also did not have air in the tires.
