This buffet is awesome. Be aware that the box with all the pieces is very, very heavy. Assembly is really not difficult (if you are familiar with assembling furniture like this) but there are a couple parts where a second person is definitely needed. They recommend a power drill. I did not have one but I lived. The material and quality are very nice and sturdy, all the hardware was provided including some extra pieces, and there was no damage as far as I saw to any of the pieces. When put together, the whole thing looks really nice. The countertop is long and provides a lot of space to work with. The cabinet doors have automatic hinges so they close on their own when you push the doors. The drawers have a slight locking feature when you close them. You have to push them in all the way and they sort of lock in place. I spent a long time looking for the perfect buffet for my space-challenged kitchen and I have no complaints.
