Cheap Material ugly color

cheap material, on a dirty looking grayish tan background. real thin spongy stuff. not worth $26.99. It will cost more to return than to just use it. (re-package, drive to and stand in line at walmart). toliet seat cover has two elastic bands that fit across the seat top not around but across.(horizontally)
