My living room had a "dead" spot in it that cried out for a palm tree. The corner I wanted to put it does not see enough sun shine to keep a real & needy palm tree alive. I bought one that was really sparse and took it back as I knew I could do better. Then I bought this one and I am happy. The bottom line is that if you are looking for a good size palm that doesn't take up too much real estate and isn't super expensive, this is a very nice tree. I put it in a larger urn style pot which gave it another foot of height and filled the pot with pebbles and topped with moss. I have green walls in my living room so I placed an LED light behind to make it pop. Very classy and peaceful!
