It's random in percentages. I weight every few days. Often I will find the the body fat percentage is way up compared to a couple days prior so I will weight again and it will drop from 18 to 10.5. I am likely around 12/13 percent. Inconsistent at best for every other measurement than weight. It also then throws off multiple other categories for apps in my phone it is linked to (health app, food scale, etc) I don't know if I will continue using this or find something else…
