Company is unreliable

The reason I give it a negative review is due to the company, I ordered a size that they said was in stock, then when item is due to arrive I receive a letter stating that they had to size the ring, and it showed that the ring was delivered, got with the company and couldn't tell me when the ring would arrive. If they had mentioned sizing I would have ordered my true size. I cancelled a very important Dr. appt to receive the package and it wasn't delivered nor could tell me when it would be delivered. Item I purchased showed it was in stock. Cancelled my purchase and requested a full refund.
