I expected a Better Flavor From Lorann!

The Butter flavor has an odd after-taste. It made my perfectly baked goods somewhat bitter. I found it works best for baked goods with a longer baking time. Goods with a short oven time (such as cookies) I first had to mix the Butter bakery emulsion in water and heat it in the microwave or regular oven to rid it of 'something' through a boiling process. I will not purchase this again.
