Development of customary law in terms of section 39(2) of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa (Paperback)

This book focused on the development of customary law. The reason for this is that customary law was not recognised in the past, however the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa changed this position.Legislation was put in place to change such a position.
