I didn't dislike the product but I was very dissatisfied with the shipping. I brought the unit during the country wide heat wave and was told that it would be delivered by a certain day beut it was delayed. I expect delays for unforeseen fevents but my delay turn out that the shipper sent it to the wrong address even though my proper address was on the order. I felt that I should have been compensate for at least the shipping cost. Just for the sake of having to endure the heat longer than anticipated just as a courtesy
