Uncooperative Zipper
We had more trouble with the packaging than the tent. The zipper appeared to be plastic and refused to unzip. We thought we were going to have to cut it open because I needed the tent for an event that day. Several of us tried to pull, manipulate and manouver. Finally was able to get it open using wire pliers to grip the zipper. Ditto on putting it back in the case. The tent was fine; zipper was difficult. If you buy, keep your pliers handy.
