Let hair dry naturally for most volume

I've never used the bodifying shampoo without also using the bodifying conditioner after shampooing. The shampoo makes a nice lather and you don't need to use a lot. The main thing I noticed is if I let my hair dry without a hair dryer, my hair gets curls and that's where the fullness comes in. If I straighten my hair after it dries or if I straighten it and then use my curling iron to add some curls, it looks more shiny than just letting it dry and leaving those curls in. It does give you some volume; however, the most volume it gives is when you leave it alone and let it dry naturally.
