Awful, spits water long after turned off

This is a terrible faucet. It will continue to spit water for hours after it's used. It's not a few drops it's like a full flow for a second or two. You can kind of release the water by tapping the spout a few times but it's super obvious and if you were running full hot it can be a little dangerous cause this faucet will hold onto the heat and then randomly drop hot water on you. Plumber/builder replaced one just for the second one to do the same thing. Said it's just what this type of faucet does which is bull. A faucet should spit randomly long after it's turned off. Finish is also poor. Tub and sink faucets are only a couple months old and are looking spotted even with weekly cleaning with a bath cleaner.

No standard metric

Nothing is standardized with this faucet head. Trying to get an extendable faucet head to fit the thing coming out of the tub and no expert knows what the heck measurement I have.
