Ethiopian Sidamo Decaf is grown in the Kaffa region of the Sidamo province of Ethiopia, where coffee was first cultivated over a thousand years ago.
Both the caffeinated and decaffeinated Sidamo coffees in our half-caf blend were grown on organic co-ops in Ethiopia. Purchasing these organic coffees provides farmers with vital premiums that directly improve their quality of life. These premiums are invested into programs that supportmore advanced farming techniques,ensuring the exceptional quality of this coffee for years to come.

Tremendous Coffee!
I bought SWP Honduran and SWP Ethiopian Sidamo, I loved both but as I've gotten older I really enjoy a light/medium roast. It's been a very rewarding experience to have roasted some of the best coffee I've ever had in my life. I can't handle regular coffee anymore and love swiss water process decaf. SWP Ethiopian Sidamo is tremendous. . . Definitely the best coffee I've had without a doubt. It's got a lovely complex flavor, reminds me of great herbal tea in how it's uplifting and pure, not acidic. Very smooth and balanced. Something about it that I really love. Ethiopian is a new region for me and it is stellar coffee. I use an SR800 with the extension tube and do 8. 0oz at a time. I've roasted it pretty light-medium, and medium. Not light yet. Sorry I forgot all the technical names. Was very nice as a both light/medium and medium. You gotta let this cure or whatever it's called for at least 3 days. That would be the only "downside" so I roast a batch in advanced once I'm running low. I honestly love this silly coffee. Kinda blew my mind I also love reading about where the beans are sources from and what these farms are doing within their community. It's very great. These farmers grow exceptional coffee. Ethiopia is Where coffee originates and it shows. Ive shared it with my friends and family and they loved it. We do a farmers market for our herbal tea, poultry eggs, baked goods and some other things. We are currently working on adding some swiss water process home roasted coffee to our business this season. God bless and thank you
