Then, find out that its app isn’t for free, one has to pay to use the app, but the seller doesn’t mention it as it is, just says cloud is available, that includes using the app with no restrictions. If you don’t pay you’ll be able to watch the cam alive, that’s it, no records in the sd card. If you try, it will display a sign suggesting you to go premium to enjoy all its functions. This is an IMPORTANT info the seller should provide. If I knew I wouldn't have ordered it. Will return it and go back to kkmoon products, app free, which I’ve been purchasing for several years with no issues. By the way, the cam has good quality and it’s easy to set up, but... so do others for free app use and no restrictions.

I have to return it after all. First of all, this is not what they said it was. Not a 5G supported IP camera. It it not even a "IP" camera. You need to download an APP and connect to the APP, Viewing for APP not through IP address. Beside, the APP is not what whey said "YCC365", But some thing called "CI365". Also, the Pan function will not work at all. I first thought that maybe they sent me a wrong item. Therefore, I asked for a replacement. But ended up with I waited for almost a week and the seller never reply. So, I really had to return and hopefully can get the refund. I was wasting my time dealing with them. I am very disappointed.
