Not happy looks like used scooter

I unpacked it when it was delivered in my driveway. I lifted the cardboard box up. It was all scuffed up. The paint is ruined on both sides of the scooter scooter runs OK but it doesn't look like a new scooter. Very disappointed. Be careful with this company.
