Kinks up and pulls hair
Upon delivery and opening the box, the necklace was not secured in place. It was just tossed into the jewelry box. It doesn't have smooth edges, as expected and it tends to kink up with the slightest movement. It is not “chunky” as the picture shows. The necklace is extremely flat, thin. It is over all a very nice looking piece of jewelry, but I am not happy with quality of this item.
