I love the way these are designed as regular underwear with the only difference being they have a thicker crotch area. I have very heavy periods, and I can wear these to work and know I'm not going to bleed through my clothes... thats a big deal for any woman, but even bogger deal when you woek 10-12 hours and dont always have time to stop by the bathroom.

These are so amazing... I'm a older gal with multiple sclerosis and I had bladder problem and also has a skin sensitivity problem that makes wearing Pull-Ups in the summer impossible... Bye bye Pull-Ups, these soft comfy undies made my life comfy and free of major skin irritations from the elastic in a legs of the Pull-Ups... I have no problem with leakage like I did when I wore my own panties with a pad.... The fit is good the elastic legs is not binding or uncomfortable and the crotch area keeps pads from leaking... I really wish they had these when I had my period that would have been a lifesaver too.... And also if you look at period/bladder leak underwear Amazon or other websites the price is ridiculous... Hanes has always been my favorite brand for underwear and now they make ones that keep me feeling like a woman and not a toddler, thank you Hanes... Thank you Walmart for carrying a brand that I always have bought at a very very fair price....
