Con Artist Buyer Beware!!!
Buyer Beware! Walmart, I am ashamed of you for allowing this company to continue sale through you after all the bad reviews I found about this place. You get what you pay for but it was ok for our plans for a quick cover. They don't even know how to size them. All pool companies state the cover is 2 feet wider and 2 feet longer than your actual pool size. It was a foot short! Immediately pulled it to the side of the pool, folded it and sent it back. When I contacted Walmart about my refund that never showed up they had me deal directly with these crooks. They sent me pictures showing holes in the cover and if I wanted it back I have to pay a freight charge. They actually put holes in the cover to get away with this people!!! Believe me when I tell you, we did not put holes in a 10 year cover and then try to return it. I'm still in shock! I am reporting this company to protect others. Unfortunately we didn't think to take pictures of it before we sent it back. Lesson learned!
