First off, it's "bitters" so it's bitter. Hubby's from Africa he says the more bitter the better for you. He rarely eats sweets. He says bitters are sugar's worst enemy. I read eating sugar is like eating tiny pieces of glass and treats your body as such. Do yourself a favor and try these bitters.
