Poor quality and defective parts

Bike was easy enough to assemble, but there were two plastic pieces which were cracked or didn't retain the brake cable. I returned it to Walmart and it took over 2 weeks to get my refund. They didn't return the $30 shipping charge for the bike even though I was told that I would receive it because of the defective parts.
