Excellent battery pack
This battery pack works great on my new Bassett recliner. I was initially intimidated with getting it properly charged and connected to the chair. After looking at several videos online, it was easier to know what to do. In fact, it is very easy to charge and connect. Even tho there's a mounting bracket with the battery pack, I chose to leave it on the floor under the chair. I especially like that IRelax does not require a separate battery charger. You just conveniently connect the pack to AC to charge. Glad I got the IRelax.

NOT A HAPPY CAMPER
These battery packs don't last 8 cycles let alone 40. Customer service for some reason is not helpful. I purchased 3 of these and not happy with them.
