Doesnt taste bad. I recommend drinking before bed. I pour one scoop into 6oz of room temperatured water so it dissolves better. (I use a regular water bottle.) My migraines have not completely disappeared but considering the amount of stress I've been under I say its definitely been working wonders! My sleep has significantly improved and it's only been two weeks. I will definitely repurchase. Hope this helps!

We really like this mag complex powder! It's a tad on the sweet side for me but I still drink it daily-every other day. Subscribe and save is a serious deal for this penny pinching family.
