Tipping the Scales (Paperback)

This is a book of poetry that is split into two sections. The first half is a series of poems that directly address binge eating, food addiction, and chronic dieting. It is the hope that readers with these issues may garner peace as well as solidarity that they are not alone. The second half of the poems depict real life experiences and relationships. Food addiction and dieting don't exist in a bubble. Exploring other topics via poetry, helps one to stay grounded and in turn helps to effectively deal with the subjects related to food.
