This is an excellent product that starts on the first pull
I will use the generator as a back up power source during any eventual prolonged power outage due to an eventual ice storm (I'm in Quebec, Canada). Contrary to numerous other generators, it comes with the necessary connexion (L14-30) that can be coupled with a Reliance Control transfer switch. During my tests trials which I recently completed, it started on the first pulls and ran smoothly while I conducted the tests with my house furnace and other appliances (such as this computer that I'm writing on). It does run for a full 12 hours with a half charge.

Technically I haven't had to use it yet, we just went through a Blizzard with Hurricane force winds and luckily I still have power, but its nice to know I have a generator there to depend on. I put it through its break in period for 5-5-1/2 hours by keeping it under half load and also alternating loads from lower to higher as well. The generator was easy to set up and starts easily once you have all preliminary items done like oil and gas. I would recommend getting a wheel set as its a bit heavy to carry around so wheels are a must and I would highly recommend getting the 30 amp cord that splits in to 4 receptacles, other than having a Generator Panel or a Generlink , its the only way to get your full rated wattage out of it. It seems like a great little generator at the requirements I need.
