it's okay

it's an okay one, the only thing i will stress about this one is to make sure to store it somewhere where there's very low humidity because they spoil very quickly after you open it

Below average

Not very good. Can't really say anything about the effectiveness in raising b12 levels, because after about 1-2 weeks all the lozenges got sticky and got stuck together in the bottle and changes color, so I didn't continue taking them for safety.
