The CyberPower HT1208TC Home Theater Surge Protector 12 Outlet Power Strip provides 3,150 Joules of protection and 12 outlets (8 standards and 4 widely spaced) to safeguard your home theater equipment from damage caused by electrical surges. Data line protection occurs with RJ11 ports for telecommunication devices such as phones, faxes, modems, and DSL lines. The HT1208TC also has coaxial line surge protection (cable/satellite/modem) and RG6 gold-plated connectors. Other features of the HT1208TC include automatic shutdown, an 8 ft. power cord, LED status indicators (Grounded, Protected), Keyhole mounting slots, impact-resistant casing, metal oxide varistor (MOV) technology, and an EMI/RFI noise filter.

Intelligently-Designed Power Strip
I really like this well-designed power strip. For starters, the power cord plug is a right-angle/off-center plug that doesn't block the other part of your wall outlet, when it's plugged in. This feature is a must-have, in my book, but, many rival products still don't have this feature. The power strip itself features a copious amount of sockets (12 of them), including -- this is smart design -- four sockets that feature extra-wide spacing, to allow for large power adapters. If you've been frustrated in the past by poorly-designed power strips, you'll save yourself a lot of grief with this CyberPower strip.

I have zero complaints! This helps to eliminate 3 each, 6 outlet strip plugs. I have four transformers for the entertainment center, and the four spaced outlets are very handy! There are plenty of additional outlets for the rest of the entertainment center! The USB ports come in handy for recharging the phone, and for other devices that use USB power!
