The replaceable cardboard scratching pad on top removes easily and can be swapped out at any time for a new cardboard refill pad (sold separately). The downstairs house portion of the Thermo-Kitty Playhouse is the best sleeping area your cat can have. It’s private, comfortable and will quickly become your cat’s favorite. The sturdy design also allows cats to play and scratch on top, satisfying all of their needs. MET listed. One year limited warranty.
