Adults and Children 12 Years and Older: 1 tablet every 12 hours; not more than 2 tablets in 24 hours. Children under 12 Years of Age: Ask a doctor. Consumers with Liver or Kidney Disease: Ask a doctor. Store between 15 and 25 degrees C (59 and 77 degrees F). Keep in a dry place.

Ask a doctor before use if you have heart disease; thyroid disease; high blood pressure; diabetes; trouble urinating due to an enlarged prostate gland; liver or kidney disease. Your doctor should determine if you need a different dose. When using this product do not take more than directed. Taking more than directed by cause drowsiness. Stop use and ask a doctor if an allergic reactions to this product occurs. Seek medical help right away; symptoms do not get better within 7 days or are accompanied by a fever; nervousness, dizziness, or sleeplessness occurs. If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use. Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control right away. Each tablet is blister sealed. Do not use if seal is broken.

Only thing that works for me.
Only thing that stops me from sneezing til I pee my pants. If you have uncontrollable seasonal allergies ask your doctor to write you a prescription for this so you don't have to pay out of pocket. I've taken everything over the counter and prescription since I was a kid and absolutely nothing has ever worked as well as alavert. Cannot take if you have high blood pressure though so please ask your doctor if it's safe for you.
