Excellent!
Taking this daily as a family. Helps our eyes not to be overly tired. Esp when we have so much screen time every day. We take it with fish oil. Hear they it's better for absorption this way. The pills are small and pleasant to swallow. My kids call this their favorite vitamin because of its small size.

Great brand.
I love this brand products I have because using them since a certain years. Quality and ingredients are very good. The dosage recommendations is as per satisfactory. The size and price is affordable too. I love iherb packaging never disappoints me. I like that it's soft gels very easy to swallow. I take it with food in the morning. My eyesight is getting better and better. Good supplements.
