Excellent house wash. Used in a foam cannon on the pressure washer to wash 1500 sq ft home. Work on the shady side of the house or on a cloudy day. Spray on and let stand approximately 5 min and rinse off. Do not let this dry on the siding. You may need to brush the gutters depending on how dirty they are. Overall my go to for any cleaning job.

I like that all I needed to do was dilute and spray it on. Does not involve the waste of electricity and water of power washing. My driveway and walks were heavily involved. I DID brush it. I didn t like so much that it is going to take many gallons to do my job. However it IS easy to order and get delivery at 11 to 12$ a gallon.

Be aware.

I bought this gallon refill to fill the spray bottle that connects to the hose but found the spray bottle tops DO NOT come off. I checked this on line and the answer to "are 30 Second cleaners spray bottles refillable?" NO. Duh!!! Fortunately I had a similar spray bottle with a removable top so was able to finish my project. The actual 30 second fluid is very good but was so disappointed (and very frustrated) to find this con.
