I wore the ring on my middle finger on my non-dominant hand and both of the small CZs fell out within a couple of days of wearing it. I was devastated. I called up Walmart Support, they issued me a refund, and we tried to find me another Stainless Steel replacement, but we weren't successful in doing so, and I still haven't been and I don't have the heart to take it off, so I made sure to tighten the prongs down the best that I could on the heart and I continue to wear it until I can find another suitable replacement to wear in its place.
