want my money back..the title I've been ripped off

it's false advertisement it doesn't heat or cool anything it doesn't have any BTUs it doesn't do anything it's an Ionic breeze that you hang on the wall and that is it an air purifier or that's what looks like it's on the inside of it it's just a big house face on the inside and there's a tube where something's supposed to get connected to it I'm assuming that's the coolant but it's not in there and there is no heater in there either it blows still air around that's in your house and that is about it and it does a crappy job of even being an air purifier or something that's there's air around because the BTUs or the fan speed is a joke to unless I got a lemon and they just forgot to put the freon in it or the coolant and forgot to put the heater party the towel bar or the clothes drying bar also is a joke a big joke because it's so flimsy and so flexible that when you barely touch it it bends and starts drooping towards the wall so I couldn't even imagine hanging one item on it less alone several so that's also a joke yeah I want my money back is what I want because I feel like I've been ripped off without a gun and I am very upset about it I want my money back that thing is not worth five dollars at the dollar store for five and below or whatever I wouldn't spend over $5 on it and I actually don't have any use for it if it doesn't heat or cool I didn't need a fan that mounts on the wall a poor excuse for an air purifier mind you but if you know the coils that inside the Ionic breeze type air purifiers if you're familiar with that that's exactly what the grid is on the inside right before the actual cover panel for the events the inside is coils like an Ionic breeze it does not look like a heater it does not heat it does not cool it is false advertisement people do not buy this product if you have any liquor sense if you have half a brain don't be a scarecrow and buy it please it's so not worth it I want my money back
