Perfect for wide opening

This is exactly what I needed. My new pre-framed door wasn't as deep as it needed to be, so my contractor had to add trim boards to cover the remaining depth. That left the latch rubbing the new trim boards as the door is closed. This extra long strike plate covered that distance, making it look and function just right.
