Works quickly

I gave these to my husband who is 67 and has been having trouble sleeping. He had trouble going back to sleep after waking in middle of the night. He has tried many different products to no relief. After using these for a week he found they work great. We are both very pleased with the efficacy of this product and we highly recommend it.

Great urinary formula

So far so good. Been taking it for a couple weeks now and will order more in the future. Pills are big but the texture is soft and easy to swallow. I take two capsules before bed and I noticed it helps me fall asleep a bit quicker, similar to magnesium supplements I have taken. Maybe it is the Zinc. I don't suffer from any sort of prostate issues, but I do have a bit of bladder control issues after drinking my morning coffee. I do feel a bit of improvement on that "MUST GO NOW" urge, but it could be placebo. I'm not sure how detailed I could get on this, but I do feel like it has improved my "potency" a bit, so I'll leave it at that. Again, probably the Zinc. This GNC prostate formula has surpassed my expectations so far.

Less trips to the bathroom at night!

If you have a man in your life over 40, or you ARE that man, try this! It took about 10 days for full effect and 3 for starting effects. Things to know, the dosage is TWO so this is a MONTH supply only! Easy swallow gel caps that are on the bigger side. Research the ingredients and you will see its the real deal
