OVERVIEW

The Mickey Thompson Deegan 38 is a mud terrain all season tire manufactured for light truck vehicles.

The tire provides first-rate all weather traction. The special tire compound and the high void ratio of the tread design increase the dry, wet and winter weather road gripping ability significantly. The tire promotes excellent all weather traction and road gripping ability as it maintains constant road contact both on and off-road. The wide grooves prevent hydroplaning by eliminating water and slush from below the tire's footprint, while the variable draft angles clean out snow from between the tread elements to guarantee a clean road contact patch. The combination of these elements ensures a safer year round driving experience.

The model has excellent on and off-road performing capabilities. The tread design features a wide outer void, angled shoulder scallops and specially designed SideBiters that promote firm grip on all soft and loose road surfaces. As a result, the tire is capable of handling all loose and soft road surfaces. The shoulder and sidewall design, in other words the SideBiters, improve the performance on soft surfaces, such as sand. The tread design's self-cleaning nature disperses mud and ejects rocks to maintain a clean footprint and prevent hydroplaning.

The tire is in constant contact with the road surface. It's tighter inner void with the large tread elements increase the model's steering responsiveness, precision and driving stability. This increases the road gripping ability and power greatly and ensures a safer driving experience in all conditions. The Deegan 38's internal structure features a high tensile two-ply body cord that strengthens the tire's structure.
