not enough absorption from the ×part to the back.
not enough pading to absorb from ×part to waist in back they leak up the back,soak the disposable pad I use under and soaked that to the washable waterproof pad in middle so had to change all bed bath! my disabled person I care for is on their back all the time and only roles to side to side with help. She is 5' > and 100lbs> and med was too short had to buy large. still the absorb part is 2 narrow, so thin in the back for the bedridden.
