1 star boots with 5 star insoles

Bought these boots in Jan and have worn them a few times since. They are very comfortable but have some major flaws. They are in no way waterproof. My feet were completely soaked after walking through a field with morning dew the first time I wore them. I never got in any standing water, yet they got saturated. Any sort of moisture goes right through them. Also, the lining around the ankle has come unattached making it almost impossible to get the boots off.

Not water proof

Bought the snake boots and was told they are water proof. The web site says if you put anything on the boot it voids the warranty. Filled the tub up with water and placed the water proof boots in 6 inches of water. The seams bubbled and water poured into the boots. Then I was told the boots are water resistant, with a 6 month water proof warranty. I gave them back and told him I didn't want snake resistant water resistant boots for over $200. They took them back because they were not worn.
