Size up AT LEAST 1/2 size. But, love these!

I typically wear a 10 1/2 U.S. But, the 11's I ordered were too snug so need an 11 1/2 which I don't think I've ever bought that size shoe. So, 1/2 to 1 full size might be what you need. But, these are as expected. They're also a bit narrow but my foot is pretty wide so might not be an issue for others.

I love the way these shoes look, but they don't offer much cushion for your feet, especially if you are on your feet all day. I'd recommend some gel insoles.
