i received my package from usps,when i opened the shipping envelope, i pulled out another shipping envelope rolled several times around my merchandise with no shipping receipt of order, i unrolled the envelope and pulled out my merchandise which was a oil filter pliers, that didn't have any stickers, tags ,or packaging that would indicate a brand new product, it looked like i pulled it out of my tool box and shipped it out, I still have another item coming from this business in transit, and its delayed due to traveling everywhere including backwards, but where it should be going, my house!
