Not a bad product.

After reading the reviews about the awful taste I was a little hesitant to purchase. But I tried it any way and found that the taste is not bad at all. The first time I tried it it did clunk up. But going forward I have nice jar that I fill half way and shake well. I tend to chug it right away and then add a little water to finish off the residual amount. I do think that it helps with what I purchased it for and I am happy with the overall product even though its a little pricey. I may try something cheaper to see how that makes me feel.

Fiber and Spice

Love this stuff! I didn't see much from the Fruit and Vegetable Pills. However 2 scoops of the Fiber and Spice every night before bed keeps my digestive tract functioning smoothly all day. Big difference between the occasional day I forget to take it and the days I take it like I'm supposed to.

I love the supplement

I love the supplement, however I do not like the way the container is caved in when it arrives in the summertime. If I were in the store I would never purchase an item so misshapen.
